After a survey and inspection, we thoroughly clean the roof using a range of treatments such as rust and corrosion removal, high-pressure degreasing, and super-heated steam cleaning with the Doff system to remove contaminants effectively.

2. Repair and prepare the surface

Once the roof is clean, we repair any damage, such as corrosion, and prepare the surface to ensure it is ready for the coating application.

3. Protect the surrounding areas

We mask any areas, fixtures, and roof features that don’t require coating to minimise cleanup once the work is complete.

4. Apply the chosen coating

The selected coating is applied using specialist equipment, with work scheduled to minimise disruption to your business or operations. We protect all adjacent surfaces to prevent overspray or damage during the coating process.

5. Final inspection and client walk-through

We complete a final inspection and walkthrough, bringing you around the site to ensure you’re satisfied with the work before sign-off.
