One of the most common problems in metal profile sheeting is cut edge corrosion. Over time the corrosion degrades the sheets, breaking down the factory protective coating at the edges of the sheet.
We treated the rust and cut edge corrosion throughout this building to prolong its life-span, then carried out cladding spraying to the exterior.
Once the exterior had been renovated, we progressed to diamond grinding the floor to remove the existing coating and any imperfections, to ensure the surface was smooth for the epoxy floor coating. The floor was then sprayed to customer’s requirements and design, complete with a 5 year manufacturer warranty.
