Roof Coating | McDonalds

roof spraying

The McDonalds restaurant at Longwater Business Park in Norwich, required preparation and the roof spraying to give it a fresh new look.

Pressure Washing

All of the areas that needed the roof spraying had to be thoroughly pressure washed in order to remove all contamination and loose materials. This process also allows us to get a clear look at the roofing and will expose any areas of corrosion or de-laminating which may require some extra attention.

Masking

We then made sure to mask off any and all sensitive areas such as existing glazing and in this case the McDonald’s signage which sits upon the roof.

roof Spraying

Once all the preparation and masking is complete we can get on with the roof spraying. We used a high performance coating, Tor Coatings Unicover, in the needed areas and in the desired colour scheme. We were able to access most areas with the use of a cherry picker.

10 Year Warranty

The client was pleased with the final result and a 10-year manufacturer backed warranty was issued for ultimate peace of mind.
