G’s Fresh Beetroot had a number of issues with their factory roof, so asked us to carry out a complete industrial roof repair and refurbishment. When they contacted us, they were concerned about a number of health and safety issues their factory roof was causing.
This included water leaking into the working factory, extensive corrosion to the roof and leaking gutters. If left, these problems would only get worse and could mean a complete factory shutdown. It could also lead to the possibility of needing a complete roof and gutter replacement. This was a problem which needed to be addressed quickly.
G’s Fresh required their industrial roof to be repaired and refurbished, with absolutely no downtime. They also required a 10 year guarantee to cover all the works carried out. We worked closely with our preferred industrial roof coating manufacturer Rustoleum, and asked them to visit the site to survey the roof. One of their ICORR level 3 paint technicians came to survey the roof, then supplied us with a bespoke specification to carry out the work that would give a 10 year guarantee on the system.
All work was carried out in exact accordance to the bespoke specification supplied by Rustoleum. The work was also inspected throughout by one of their ICORR level 3 paint inspectors.
As part of G’s Fresh health & safety policy, they required a class 1 fire rating on the roof coating. To achieve this, we applied an additional coat of Rustoleum Pegacryl over the Noxyde. This was again applied in accordance with Rustoleum’s bespoke specification.
The end result was a complete industrial roof repair and gutter transformation, backed up by a 10 year guarantee.

Contacted Cladspray last week for a re-spray of my caravan and today it has been completed 😄 Luke and Steve were a brilliant team and they have done such a fantastic job. They paid so much attention to detail and made sure that every inch of the van looked perfect. They were also very very helpful and were more than happy to help with any queries I had. They have made it look like a brand new van and I can’t wait to have them back soon to start working on the interior! I cannot recommend enough, especially with there great prices.

Professional friendly and very helpful company and guys to deal with. We bought an old industrial unit with an asbestos roof with internal guttering system that are prone to leaking - the advice and specialist solutions Cladspray provided were not only cost effective but very practical and have extended the useful life of the roof at least another 20 years - excellent company, service and support I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! Cladspray recently undertook works involving the cleaning and recoating of an old asbestos roof following previous works undertaken by another contractor which had failed. The team provided good communication and assistance throughout, we look forward to working together again in the future.

We are so grateful to Cladspray for donating their services, entirely for free! The Cost of Living crisis has meant so many more people are in need of our support. But before Winter, our charity hub in West Norwich, the Baseline Centre, was worn and uninviting and many local people simply wouldn’t have known what services were on offer there. Now, thanks to the renovations made possible by Cladspray and a number of local grants, the Centre has been totally transformed. It is warm, welcoming and has new spaces for support work, groups, training, community meals and so on, and it is already a thriving hub of community activity!
