Our Process

1. Assess and inspect the floor

Our team places a strong emphasis on surface preparation, as we believe a floor coating is only as successful as the prep that comes beforehand. We assess and inspect the floor’s surface to identify any issues such as cracks, damage, or old coating layers that need attention.

2. Thoroughly clean the surface

We start by deep cleaning the floor to remove dirt, grease, oils, and any other contaminants that could prevent the coating from bonding correctly.

3. Repair and prepare the substrate

We assess the surface for damage, cracks, or uneven areas and carry out any necessary repairs. This may include filling cracks, levelling, and removing any old coatings to create a stable, smooth base for the new epoxy.
